Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you must submit a return request first. Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Process

2. Once the request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin processing your refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and its condition verified, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item for the refund to be issued.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
